Environmental Health: Our organic methods help protect the soil, water, and surrounding ecosystem from harmful chemicals.
-
Safe for Families and Pets: Organic lawn care products are non-toxic and safe for children and pets to play on the lawn immediately after application.
-
Improved Soil Quality: Organic treatments enrich the soil, promoting better root development and overall lawn health.
-
Long-Term Benefits: By fostering a healthy lawn ecosystem, organic care can lead to more resilient grass that requires less maintenance over time.

Fall Aeration
Core Aeration is the removal of cores of soil from existing lawns. Aerating a lawn is similar to cultivating a garden or flower bed.
Cores of soil, approximately 5/8 inch in diameter and 2 to 4 inches long, are pulled from the soil by a core aeration machine. The cores are allowed to remain on top of the lawn. The soil breaks down, topdressing the lawn with soil.
Benefits:
*Increased penetration of water, air & nutrients into soil
*Loosening the soil encourages root growth
*Degrades thatch (will not solve extremely severe thatch buildup. However, aeration when done annually will help maintain the overall health & vigor of your lawn).

Over-Seeding
Over-Seeding your lawn following aeration will help introduce new vigorous growing grass seed varieties to your mature or new lawn. The seed will germinate filling in bare patches as well as areas where your lawn has thinned from environmental conditions.

Soil Testing
Soil testing is essentially a screenshot of the soil's health. Soil testing helps explain the soil's condition, including its nutrients (macro/ micronutrients) or lack of nutrients available to help feed your lawn and make it lush and green for the season. Post testing a simple Lime Application Helps:
*Lime provides calcium to the soil to correct acidity (PH levels)
*Increased resistance to disease
*Improved germination, soil structure & water penetration
*Stimulates root growth
*Enhances microbial activity

Pest Management
Pest management involves properly identifying the insects causing issues to your plants or lawns. Upon identification a treatment plan can be put into action of prevention, monitoring or using biological or chemical pesticides to alleviate the problem. Remember that healthy and vigorously growing plants and lawns can tolerate a higher degree of pest pressure. So keep your plants and lawns healthy with proper fertilization, aeration and water.
Insects: *Grubs *Chinch Bugs *Sod Webworm *Viburnum Leaf Beetle, etc.
